TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

At Here There & Beyond, all products are manufactured using only the highest therapeutic quality essential oils available on the world market. Essential oils contain live molecules and must be kept in a controlled environment to ensure their therapeutic benefits and life force. As manufacturers we maintain the required quality control during the processing of raw ingredients through blending, filling and shipping to you, our customers.

Of necessity, when products leave our premises, they become your property. We have no further control over how they are maintained, i.e. temperature, light, enclosed bottles, contamination etc. We advise you to choose wisely when placing your orders. We are available to answer any questions prior to shipping so that our professional relationship will flourish.

We DO NOT accept return of goods unless damaged in shipment. If damaged in shipping, a claim must be made with the carrier and we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Prior authorization is required before returning damaged product. In alignment with industry standards we are unable to credit or refund payment for unwanted or unused product.
